The School Library is organising a Children's Book Fair 
in association with M/s. DC Books/Current Books
in connection with the National Library Week Celebrations.

Date : 19-21 November 2014
Venue: School Library
Time: 09:00 am to 04:00 pm

All the staff, students and parents are cordially invited to the Book Fair.

Students may visit the Book Fair during the time allotted to their class 
and also after the class hours.

The parents may visit the Book Fair at any time during the school hours.

The last date for submission of entries for the Reading Competition is extended to 10 November 2014.
 
Your Reading Competition Entry along with the Reading Diary should be submitted on or before 10 November 2014 to your English Teacher and NOT TO THE LIBRARIAN.
 
The entries need not be mailed, it should be printed or handwritten. NO SOFT COPY required.

Almost Submerged in Someone: Prewi P Wilson's (Alumni of KV Kanjikode) First Book Released

Almost Submerged in Someone is a romantic love story of Roshen Samuel and Jessie Joseph. Their relationship is quiet a sort of coincidence, where Roshen's fascination to Jessie, gradually turns to real inseparable love. Prewi P. Wilson had depicted a fiction, which tells about love, trust and hope. Roshen is a casual guy who never been serious about anything, especially about "time" He had a past life with Manju; now his ex-girlfriend, when he was in the High school. Though they broke up months before they finish their high school, Roshen again have to mess up with Manju. At the same time, he has to deal a crucial problem with Jessie, as she would be leaving to America with her father, any time. Though Jessie wanted to be with Roshen, whom she loves the most in her life, faith makes them apart. She always wants to remain in India where there are many beautiful nostalgic memory of her mother who is no more in this world. Could Roshen be able to settle everything in his life? If Roshen take Manju again into his life, then what will happen to Jessie or will he never leaves a girlfriend like Jessie for taking Manju, whom Roshen once broke up with.

This is the first book by Prewi P Wilson was alumni of Kendriya Vidyalaya Kanjikode and had passed out from our Vidyalaya in the year 2013-14.
