Important Information Regarding Collection of Differential Fee

Based on requests received from some of the Parents, due to the prevailing condition of COVID 19 outbreak in the state, it is now decided by the competent authority that, the differential fee (VVN & Computer fund) will be collected in 3 equal installments (July 2020, October 2020 and January 2021). Further direction, if any, will be intimated later.

Those who want to take TC, will pay the entire differential fee in one installment before applying for TC. Principal KV

Following the directions of the MHRD, CBSE has decided to postpone all the exams between March 19 and 31, 2020. The board will announce the new schedule likely on March 31, 2020.

Orders of Supreme Court and High Court Regarding Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees

The Supreme Court lifted the stay on collection of the increased Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi (VVN) and computer fee and dismissing a Special Leave Petition filed by the KV Parents’ Association challenging the fee hike.

Collection of differential fees due from Jan 2015 to March 2019

In continuation of the letter dated.02.01.2020 (regarding the collection of differential fees for the period April 2019 to Dec 2019 along the 4th quarterly fees), it is to inform that the total differential fees from Jan 2015 to March 2019 of your ward is due.

You are requested to pay the amount in four installments in April 2020, July 2020, October 2020 and January 2021 along with normal quarterly fees. The total amount is to be paid in a single installment in case of students of Class X and XII before applying for TC. Representations regarding concessions etc., if any, may be submitted along with supporting documents before 23.03.2020 to the undersigned.

Individual letters to the parents indicating the fee payable is being sent through post and e-mail.
