How to Issue Books Online

• Your parents can collect it from the library showing your ID Card or Library Card.
• Only limited number of parents will be permitted to visit the library to collect books after getting confirmation from the librarian.
• Issue of books will be based on the order of reservation (first-come-first-serve)
• They must follow the COVID-19 protocol strictly while coming to the school. A student can issue maximum 3 books at a time. To issue a book online, visit the library website and then search for the book. If the book is available, you can see the Issue Book button.
• Click on Issue button and then provide your Library Card Number and select the convenient time and click on Hold the Book to put the book on hold.
• You can add up to three books on hold. Depending on availability and number of requests, the books will put on hold for your the very next day.
• You can later search the status of the books by entering your admission number and selecting reservation option. If the books are available for you it will show the date and time for collecting the book.
• Your parent can collect the book from the library.
• STUDENTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO VISIT THE VIDYALAYA FOR COLLECTING BOOKS.
